MULTICULTURALISM AS A KEY PARAMETER OF THE ANALYSIS OF SOCIAL AND CULTURAL PHENOMENA AND PROCESSES

We live in a diverse multicultural world. Even the history of mankind cannot be considered as linear process, where all peoples develop same way, according to program, simultaneously passing through stages development, for example, primitive barbarism, feudalism, industrial era, era laws. Thus, G. Vico, A. Toynbee, P. Sorokin, O. Spengler and many other researchers imagined form real, separate, self-sufficient sociocultural worlds. Today, multiculturalism is still an actual problem research. Most often, it understood not only tolerance cultural diversity, but, first all, requirement recognize at legislative level rights different racial, religious, groups their peaceful happy coexistence one state. The issue also particular importance modern Ukraine, which complex state terms its ethnic structure, from socio-cultural point view, regions have historical pasts visions future. In addition, circumstances country’s development led fact that various national minorities with own traditions, culture, customs on territory Ukraine.
